Announcement: the first Mwave winners are . . .

Posted a user review in our Forums lately? Then most likely you have won a $50 voucher to spend on tech gadgets at MWave. Read on to see if you've won.

Well, Forum users have been taking up the user review writing challenge. We've had Neodude112320's dissection of the iPod 3rd gen nano, Slatts' Anti-Virus advice, dsagill's "freaking monster of a case", the Cooler Master Cosmos 1000, and J's touching ode to "three week's in Eee PC heaven".

Best of all though, was Sir Squidness' dissection of his Powerware 5110 1000VA UPS - "Nobody likes being without their beloved PCs. I know I don't. That's why some insane people buy Uninterruptable Power Supplies (UPSs)."

We couldn't have said it better.

In case you missed it, you can win $50 vouchers (or one of four $250 prizes) redeemable at online tech store Mwave, by taking up the writing challenge and submitting your own product user review on the PC Authority Web site. Mwave vouchers will allow you to shop online at Mwave and pick the tech prize of your choice. There's loads of gear there, including iPods, graphics cards, and gadgets.

Congratulations to the 20 users listed below, who all took up the challenge and gave us informative product reviews. For your efforts, we'll be giving you each a $50 voucher to spend at Mwave.

And there's still loads of $50 vouchers we'll be giving away every few weeks, plus four $250 grand prizes from Mwave. You can post as many times as you like. Prizes will be awarded to the most interesting and insightful user reviews. See below for where to take part.
