US pricing for the much-hyped HTC Dream is out and is doubtless giving Steve Jobs nightmares
Everyone's been blathering about Google Android for nearly a year now. But finally it looks like we're about see proper phone action, with the Wall Street Journal telling the world and his wife that the HTC Dream, which will pack the Big G's OS, will cost US$199 Stateside.

Now, does that price sound familiar? Perhaps it's because Apple's 8GB iPhone 3G costs exactly the same. T Mobile, who will officially launch the phone next week, alongside HTC, clearly fancy taking the fight right to Cupertino's front door and with what we've seen already, it looks like they've got a pretty good chance too.

Android has had us excited for months, what with its own app store and open source style, letting punters develop cool new extras for a phone that's sure to already come with stacks of killer features.
