News on downloadable content incoming according to the Big M. Rocket launchers at the ready!
Now we've finally completed the increasingly convoluted GTA IV storyline, had a wee pagger with some mates on Xbox Live and shot a few cops, we're desperate for any news on the Xbox 360 exclusive downloadable content.
Previously, we reported that these online extras had been delayed until 2009. But now the chaps at gaming site CVG say that Microsoft is readying a big announcement this very autumn.
In an official statement, the Big M said, "In autumn there will be news from Liberty City; the first episodes of GTA IV will be available for download exclusively on Xbox Live."
Sounds vague, and there's no release date but that's better than being kept in the dark until January only to find out its been put off again. We'll bring you any news as we get it, but while we wait we'll take up GTA Chinatown Wars instead. Happy shooting!
