New MacBook Pro – Retina Display screen Apple's first Retina Display MacBook crams in more pixels than any other laptop in the world. That means the 15in screen squeezes in 5.1 million pixels, which is 3 million more than in your HD TV. The resolution is 2880x1800px making for a staggering 220ppi screen. And the IPS display also manages a 178 degree viewing angle. But more importantly it has 75 per cent less reflection and 29 per cent higher contrast, hopefully making it stunning even outdoors.
