<h2>Shadowrun (Data East, 1993)</h2>Adapted from the tabletop RPG of the same name, Shadowrun is a cyberpunk action-adventure game that wowed SNES gamers in the early 90s. Players stepped into the studded leather boots of Jake Armitage; a mercenary-cum-hacker who spends most of the game trying to unlock his stolen memories (memory-loss sure does seem to be a frequent hazard in Dystopian futures).<br><br>Interesting factoid: the game was developed here in Australia by (defunct) development team Beam Software.
