Bloodnet (MicroProse, 1993)
Bloodnet is a slick mix of cyberpunk and vampires; like a flagon of CHOOH2 laced with blood. Originally released on the Amiga in 1993, the game is a point-and-click adventure that follows the plight of Ransom Stark; a half-vampire cyberspace hacker with an axe to grind against the blood-sucking community.

Even by adventure game standards, Bloodnet was heavy on dialogue - which helped it to build a rich and believable world. While appropriately broody, the game contains some fun, quirky elements; including the ability to download Elvis Presley's ghost from Cyberspace(!). It also contains the nonsensical line "Ram it Stark! I've got Chinese to de-bug" which is frankly glorious.
