The winners of Sony's 2011 World Photography Awards were announced this month, with Argentinean photographer Alejandro Chaskielberg taking out the prestigious L&#8217;Iris D&#8217;Or. The competition amassed 105,000 entries from 162 counties, making it the biggest awards show yet. <br><br>We've assembled a gallery of the winning photos in the Professional and Open cetagories, along with some of our favourites from the Open Shortlist. Reckon you could do better? Sony is accepting entries for the 2012 Sony World Photography Awards until the end of the month.
