However, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1v is looking to buck this trend with a 8-megapixel AF camera boasting multiple manual modes and an inbuilt flash. This is the main advantage it offers over the Apple iPad 2, which offers a 0.7-MP rear facing camera, which our US correspondent dismissed as 'laughable'. On paper, the iPad 2 is the clear loser when it comes to taking photos, but how does it measure up in reality? We put both tablets' cameras through their paces in a series of photographic tests.
