Computing speeds have just increased by an order of magnitude as Gateway introduces its new Select line, powered by the titanic 1GHz Athlon processor. As you can imagine, performance is astounding, with the Select 1000 blitzing our brand new Benchmark suite. The Select also packs an impressive features list that should especially appeal to enthusiasts, and includes a GeForce graphics card, DVD-ROM drive, CD-R/W drive, and a 17in monitor. Power users apply within.
