Nick Ross is on the show floor in the Thunderdome of component-land - Taipei. Check out the pics.
So we’re back at Computex for another year. So much has changed and so much is the same. The weather is constant grey and rainy (again), the taxis are still crazy, and the show has been cleft in twain with a new exhibition hall, housing most of the big name brands, being built in the arse end of nowhere.

We had hoped to bring you a feature on our journey over, which was on Singapore Air’s A380, but, sadly, that will have to be done on the journey home due to 110Hz electricity not playing happily with its 240Hz cousin.

The first thing we noticed on arriving at Hall 1 was that there was hardly anyone there.

It’s an imposing place with two large floors, though something seems to have happened with the 2nd floor??
