Spain gets added to special US watchlist for crimes against downloading

An IIPA Special 301 Report advises that Spain should be added to the American government's watchlist for countries with dubious file sharing laws. Oddly enough, companies such as Mitsubishi are using the laws to create ingenious Bittorrent promotions.
