FreeOpen is a freeware Contextual Menu plugin which makes it easy to open documents in any application. Just select the document(s) (or even folders), control-click with the mouse, select FreeOpen from the menu and the application you want from FreeOpen's submenu. At the top of the submenu are the user customized applications. Below a separator line are all the open applications.
