The Analogue Ripper program pilots your sound card in order to record from any analogue audio source for which you have an audio output (cassettes, vinyl, 8 Track, VHS). Simple sounds or whole albums can be recorded. There is a feature to automatically recognize the blanks, making it possible to select different tracks to be recorded using the transfer module. The files can be coded as AIFF files which are recognized by most CD audio writing and MP3 coding software. The files are recorded straight to your hard disk so large amounts of RAM are not needed.
