Access Folders enables you to quickly access your frequently used folders at the click of a button. When you want to save something, you are currently presented with the Save As dialogue box, from where you have to browse for the desired folder using the Windows directory structure. Not exactly an efficient way of working, but that's Windows for you!

Install Access Folders, though, and the hassle is removed when saving files. Simply right-click on the question-mark button at the top right of the Save As dialogue box, and you are presented with a list of your frequently used folders.

Setting up Access Folders to list your chosen folders is easy, through the Access Folders Settings menu. Browse your PC and/or your network for the folder(s) you wish to add, and click Add. Simple.

There is no limit to the number of folders you can place in the list, and all chosen folders are listed alphabetically for ease of navigation.

Access Folders can be run in your system tray, for easy access, and folders can be added either through there, or directly within the Save As dialogue box.
