Crosswords 365 is a great program for those with a thing for words, as it lets you view and complete crosswords directly on your Palm. A new puzzle is downloaded every day during the HotSync process.

Open a puzzle, and you are presented with a blank crossword. Click on a line that needs solving and the clue will pop up on screen. You then simply use Graffiti or Crossword 365's built-in keyboard to enter your answer.

A zoom facility lets you focus on a small area of the puzzle to help preserve your eyesight, and you can move around the puzzle via a set of on-screen arrow keys.

Get stuck, and there's a little question mark that can be pressed to briefly display a chosen letter or word, or for the really lazy, it can display the completed puzzle.

Quit a puzzle halfway through and you can go back to it at any time.

Puzzles are also available from many other sources (see website, below, for details) and these can be shared via beaming if you find one you like.
