Verdict: A great antivirus and antispyware program at no cost

Any handheld device running Palm OS 2.0 or higher.

GoBar allows a Palm device to be used in a similar fashion to a Windows device, including a start menu, clock and recycle bin.

Programs can be accessed via the desktop or start menu, which is split into programs, recent applications, documents (memo pad contents) and settings.

Programs can easily be deleted by dragging them to the recycle bin, or beamed by dragging them onto the 'beam' icon.

If you switch between applications frequently, all those that are active are displayed in the taskbar allowing for quick access.

The start menu can also be used to turn the back light on and off, and lock or shut down the device.

With a colour Palm, the desktop background can be changed, with different colours possible for different folders.
