WinGuardian is a small program that runs in the background and monitors all activity undertaken on a PC.

It will monitor and record all the activities performed (applications run, websites visited etc.), all keystrokes entered and will even take screenshots at regular intervals that can be viewed directly within the application.

The application is completely hidden from view, and can only be accessed via a keyboard shortcut. This stops it being spotted by users.

New logs can be started for each user, although this involves ending the current session and starting a new one.

WinGuardian can also be used to block access to specific web addresses, although this didn't seem to work 100 per cent in tests.
