DragStrip is designed to reduce the clutter on your desktop. It allows multiple strips of frequently used files, folders, applications and URLs to be created and docked to any side of the screen, or free-floating if you prefer.
A wizard helps you set up new strips in seconds by asking what to include: common apps, folders, websites or currently running tasks. Whichever you choose, items can be added and removed from strips at any time.
Along with applications, files and folders, shortcuts to other functions such as Run command, Shutdown, Suspend, Find, Clock and Calendar can be added. Items can be added using the menu or via drag and drop.
Each strip can be given an individual appearance and can have multiple 'pages', allowing you to separate applications from folders and so on.
Strips are hidden by default, but will appear as soon as the mouse floats over them, thereby adding functionality without reducing workspace.
