With Soft BulkEmail you can type one email and quickly personalise tit for as many individuals as you wish.
It works by accessing your contact details in another application, such as Microsoft Outlook or CSV (Comma Separated Value) data files. When composing the email, instead of entering specific details you simply enter a number relating to the relevant field, and Soft BulkEmail will import the required data when the email is sent.
Therefore, one email can be personalised to as many individuals as you wish. This creates are far more pleasing impression to the customer, than simply addressing everybody as "Dear Sir/Madam", for example.
