Beyond Contacts is the new application from DataViz that replaces its popular Desktop To Go software.
It enables seamless synchronisation between your Palm applications and MS Outlook, all wrapped in a similar interface to Outlook on your Palm. This extends to individual applications for the various Outlook elements (Notes, Inbox etc).
For an at-a-glance preview of the day's appointments, tasks and emails, the Today view is replicated on your Palm.
Whatever you want to synch, Beyond Contacts does it all - Calendar, Contacts, Tasks and Notes, as well as your Inbox. This includes multiple email addresses.
Synchronisation couldn't be easier. No more custom mapping or complicated set-up - simply press the 'sync' button and let Beyond Contacts do the rest.
Outlook does need to be your default mail client before Beyond Contacts can be installed, but then it would be if you want to synch your data.
