Address Office 4.0

Impressive and free antivirus and antispyware package

Platform : Windows 2000, Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows NT, Windows XP

Type:

Manufacturer: Centromedia

Size: 3.55MB

Rating: 2

Verdict: A great antivirus and antispyware program at no cost

System Requirements:
Nothing special required.

Although Centromedia is a commercial organisation it's generous enough to offer this simple program as a free download on its website.

The program itself is very easy to use, partly because it's not exactly crammed full of features. To enter details for your contacts simply choose to add a new contact and then enter the relevant data in the fields listed on each contact card.

There's plenty of space to enter multiple email or instant messaging addresses, and you can start a new email or message just by clicking on a small button next to the address field.

There's also a field on each contact card that allows you to add notes. So if you're not on good terms with Tom in Accounts because he keeps pinching your parking space, you can add a note to remind you to remove the wheels from his swivel chair next time he's out of the office.

Address Office is very limited in what it can do, but if you're simply looking for a free program just to store contact information you might find it useful.
