Last Man Standing is an old-school shoot 'em up in which you take control of a tank and are set the task of clearing each level of enemies.
This is all done via a bird's-eye view, and you control your tank using the keyboard. You have access to a primary and secondary weapon, with numerous power-ups available throughout the game.
These may increase the effectiveness of your weapons or they may provide you with temporary protection in the form of a shield.
Two different game modes are available: Skullnet Campaign and Arena of Death. The Skullnet campaign involves battling through each level, obliterating the enemies around you (and end-of-level baddies), with the ultimate aim of making it to the end and your battle with Skullnet.
The Arena of Death is just that - you against a large horde of enemies. The winner is the last man standing.
Five levels are available in this demo, with more than 60 in the full game covering, among others, desert, grasslands and wastelands.
