ABC is a client for the Bittorrent peer-to-peer file distribution method. Bittorrent is a peer-to-peer protocol that is designed to share and manage bandwidth as best as possible.

This is all done automatically, so there's nothing technical to worry about, and the communal aspects mean that the more people are downloading a file, the faster it can be downloaded.

The program comes with nothing in the way of help files, and the online support site presumes you already have a working knowledge of the bittorrent system. Therefore, it will be necessary to do some investigting online should you be new to the concept.
