Sailing fans everywhere will want to keep up to date with the progress of the
boats in the Volvo Ocean Race. This free utility shows each boat's position as
well the latest news from the race.
The graphics are very good with realistic water and weather effects. It's not
the same as live video but impressive none the less for a live internet
broadcast.
The view can be zoomed in and out from a view of the whole earth to an
individual boat. By default the view moves in and out to each boat but this can
be adjusted to whatever you want.
The progress of the boats can be paused or rewound to the beginning of the
race.
