Provides all the important functions for quickly and easily imaging or
restoring data. A special time scheduling feature allows you to perform
automatic data imaging on entire systems as well as on individual drives. If
ever data loss occurs, the image can be restored and, in cases of system
failure, the system will once again be operable. Reports are provided which will
give you detailed information about the jobs you’ve run. Information such as the
files you’ve excluded from the image or the kind of imaging method used will
make it easier to maintain an overview of all activities.
The unique O&O DriverLoader enables you to load drivers that might not be
normally available when starting. When it’s booted from the CD, your computer
will be scanned for all available hardware components. Should a standard driver
be missing for any component that is identified, it will be displayed and the
user will then be able to load it from a USB Stick, a CD or any other storage
volume.
The AES algorithm in O&O DiskImage 3 Professional Edition protects imaged
data from unauthorized access with an encryption level of up to 256 Bit. The
image can only be restored when a password is entered. The compression process
in O&O DiskImage 3 has also been optimized so that images take up even less
space.
A Start CD based on current Windows versions is included with delivery of O
&O DiskImage and will let you start the program without any prior
installation. The CD even enables you to create images on defective systems.
When trouble strikes, important personal or business data that are inaccessible
will not be lost, and can easily be imaged before restarting. The integrated
BareMetal option makes restoration possible without installation.
