Connect a Nokia phone to your PC and, with the Nokia Data Suite, you can
quickly move across your contacts, numbers, upload music and much more. It’s a
well designed application and you can use the tool to manage every aspect of
your mobile.
However, there are few options for the Mac. Sure you get iSync as part of the
operating system, which will enable you to synchronise your address book and
your phone, but there it lacks advanced options, such as being able to edit
files on the phone, upload audio files and other media.
FoneLink is a commercial tool that supports a wide number of mobiles and will
enable you to perform most of the advanced tasks, such as quickly uploading
images to picture browser (enabling you to use the image on the phone as
wallpaper), edit and manage your phone ringtones, edit multimedia and much more.
As a Mac OS X application, you can imagine it’s designed particularly well
and this is no exception.
