TomTom has made it a trifecta by
winning our R&S survey three times
in a row. It was a decisive win, too,
with only Garmin getting close to the
same levels of satisfaction from users.
TomTom’s win comes down to the
accuracy of its maps and routing, both
rated very highly by customers.
For ease of use, 1071 of TomTom’s
1732 customers were very satisfied,
compared to Garmin’s 265 of 491.
When it came to maps, just over 35% were very
satisfied, compared to 25% for Garmin,
and the entry level TomTom One no
doubt contributes to Tomtom’s high
Value For Money rating.
We’ve A-listed four generations of TomTom One, and
it’s great to see that it works as well for
ongoing use in the home and car as it
does in our labs. A fantastic performance.
