German-based tech site Mobiflip has found some leaked Sony internal presentation slides showing off what seems to be the next general of Sony tablets.
Most interestingly, the tablet is Xperia branded, suggesting that Sony intend to get its month worth out of the Ericsson buy out. The device runs Android with a mid-sized 9.4in screen with a resoltuon of 1280 x 800. A quad-core Intel Tegra 3 processor is the CPU and there are options 16GB, 32GB or 64GB for built-in storage. There appear to be both 3G and WiFI connectivity.
Other leaked slides reveal a keyboard case and splash-resistant treatment for the tablet. Assuming this isn't an extremely elaborate prank, we'd expect a formal reveal at the IFA expo later this month.
