The 300LX had a backlit, monochrome 6.6in resistive touchscreen with a resolution of 640x240. A full QWERTY keyboard was hidden in the clamshell. The Samsung Galaxy Note has a 5.3in, HD Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen with a 1200x800 resolution.
