The Paraben Porn Detection Stick is a USB thumb drive that scans PCs for pornographic images. Using advanced image analysing algorithms, it is capable of identifying facial features, flesh tone colors and body parts that are potentially pornographic. Note the use of the word 'potentially'. "Images that are determined to be suspect can easily be a false positive hit. This means there are elements in the image that triggered enough suspicion for it to be categorized as suspicious," Paraben explains. To test the Paraben Porn Detection Stick, we planted a few photos of scantily-clad models on our PC and ran a full test. These are the results.
