At first glance the $279 price tag for a 250GB drive may seem more than a little steep, but ioSafe doesnt make ordinary drives.
Designed not only to be shock, drop, chemical, water and altitude proof, the drive also comes with a one year warranty that covers data recovery in the case the drive itself is damaged. Not that we can see it being needed though – the ioSafe shrugged off all the abuse we subjected it to, and just kept working. Not only is the drive nigh on indestructable, but it also sports a USB 3 connector, and doesn’t require external power.
