EDITOR'S NOTE

This week, the Australian Federation Against Copyright Theft lost its High Court appeal against iiNet, finally putting three years of court battling to rest. The High Court found the ISP had no direct technical power to prevent its customers from using BitTorrent file-sharing software to infringe copyright.

We also checked out LG and Samsung's new HDTV range for 2012 -- find out what's new in the articles below. In other news, an assortment of fresh Apple rumours did the rounds, including a liquid metal finish for the iPhone 5 and a leaked price tag for the mythical iPad Mini.

Elsewhere, we take an in-depth look at fans and watercooling, round up the best Network Attached Storage boxes, and explain how to build your own media centre and track your stolen devices.
