Sony reveals complete PlayStation Plus Instant collection

Sony reveals complete PlayStation Plus Instant collection

Pay a subscription fee and you can instantly access the likes of Darksiders and Oddworld on your PS3 for no extra cost

PlayStation Plus Instant Game is an interesting concept: pay around US$5 a month and you can then download and play selected games for free.

The offer starts tomorrow, 6th June, and we now have a list of the available titles:

  • Virtua Fighter 5: Final Showdown
  • Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine
  • Chime Super Deluxe
  • Darksiders
  • Renegade Ops
  • Outland
  • Oddworld: Stranger’s Wrath HD
  • inFamous 2
  • Motorstorm Apocalypse
  • LittleBigPlanet 2

Every four weeks, Sony will select a PlayStation Plus Game of the Month. Currently it’s Virtua Fighter 5 – but it will be swapped for something else soon (after which time you’ll no longer be able to play it for free). There are other titles that will be replaced, in pairs, every 12 weeks, while the last three on the above list will be available for the next 52 weeks. Yes, it’s a little confusing.
