PC & Tech Authority wins Best Magazine award

We are happy to report we have won the Best Magazine award at the 10th Annual Microsoft IT Journalism Awards.

A panel of judges has awarded PC & Tech Authority the Best Magazine award at the 10th Annual Microsoft IT Journalism Awards, at an awards ceremony organised and hosted by MediaConnect in Sydney on Friday.

The event recognised excellence in IT media and journalism in Australia and New Zealand, and was attended by more than 300 members of the IT media community including the countries' top web sites, magazines, as well as public relations and IT companies.

The Best Magazine award took into account editorial quality, including the subject matter, level of insight and expertise in the writing. Other factors included production quality, the appeal of the covers, use of images and graphics, and how easy it is to read and navigate, as well as growth and sustainability of revenue and readership.

The award covers an important year for PC & Tech Authority, in which we upgraded the magazine with a new look and launched our digital editions on iPad and Zinio.
