Asus Transformer Prime to get new features in firmware update

Asus' official Facebook page has promised "awesome new features" in the Transformer Prime's next update, engadget reports.

Although the actual feature list remains hidden for now, users over at the XDA developers forums have managed to pull together a possible feature list for an unreleased update, taken from Asus' Swedish Facebook page.

New features could include notification access in the lockscreen, the support of USB to LAN cable adapters, a camera firmware upgrade and detailed battery information, to name a few.

An Asus representative has also stated in an XDA forum post that the new Transformer Prime 9.4.2.21 firmware should be hitting devices by March 30th.
