How to: Set automated home backups

In the fourth part of our How To video series on home networking we take a look at setting up an automated backup to your home NAS.

Welcome to part four of PC & Tech Authority’s How To series on home networking, brought to you in association with Seagate.

We're currently diving into some of the ins and outs of getting a home network up and running, from streaming media to properly managing backups and data.

In previous installments we have looked at choosing the right storage, the basic components of a home network and setting up network shares. In this video we look further into setting up automated backups using the bundled NAS software.

Next time we'll look at the tricks to sharing your media with a PlayStation3 console.
